Join Our Puppy Interest List
Sign up at no cost to receive exclusive updates on upcoming litters, including pregnancy confirmations and birth announcements!

Pup Application
Complete our application to help us match you with the right puppy. Once submitted, we’ll schedule a call to discuss your application. Approval is required before reserving and placing a deposit on a puppy.

Secure Your Spot
At 2 weeks old, we accept deposits to secure your spot on our Puppy Deposit List Selecting your specific puppy begins at 7 weeks, based on deposit order. Deposit is non-refundable. However, if you dont find a match in your current litter, you may move the deposit towards an upcoming litter.

Interactive Video Call
We provide ongoing updates and can schedule calls anytime. We offer a personalized video call to help you get to know the puppies before selection begins at 7 weeks.
Vet Check

Between weeks 5 and 6, all puppies are examined by the vet, receive their first round of vaccinations, and are microchipped with their PetLink chip. The vet also ensures each puppy is developing properly. All of this information—and more—will be included in your puppy pack.
Pup Pick

Puppies are temperament tested at 7 weeks, when picks begin following the Secured Pup Waitlist. We focus on personality, not just looks. For safety, visits aren’t allowed, but video calls are available. Families are updated in deposit order.
If you want to reserve a specific puppy before week 7, you can place an extra deposit to hold them early. After week 7, picks open to all.
Pup Contract

As soon as you are approved through our pup application process we will send you our contract, which includes the health guarantee, before any non-refundable deposits are made. The contract must be signed and submitted by the pick-up/delivery date.
Going Home Day

Starting at 9 weeks, we offer convenient local meet-ups, airport delivery, and trusted transport options to safely bring your puppy to you. While pick-up at our home is no longer available, we strive to make the delivery process smooth and easy. Delivery details, timing, and costs will be arranged after your deposit. Your puppy will come with all essentials to help them settle in comfortably.
*Please Note: We have a closed farm to protect our dogs and livestock from disease exposure. As a small homestead and private residence, we no longer allow visitors for the safety of our animals and family.
Joining Later in the Process?
If joining after the pups are born or after week 7, ask about available puppies and follow the same process. We'll help match you with the best fit for your home.
Payment Options
We now provide options for the deposit and the puppy's total cost to be paid in installments through PayLater from PayPal.
Take advantage of PayPal's Pay Later option to split your payment.
Additionally, we are on Good Dog, which offers payments though Klarna. NOTE: Good Dog does charge additional fees, and some of our website specials do not qualify through Good Dog.
You can customize your payment plan with as much or as little as you prefer.
We also accept full payments via cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
Puppy
Going Home Options
We are a family and this is a small breeding program. Therefore, we love meeting our future pup families. When you get a puppy from us, our goal is to meet in person—in occasion we use third-party transport services.
All travel arrangements must be made before Going Home Day.
Air Travel*
For longer distances, we can provide a custom quote for air travel. Puppies may be personally flown and delivered by us or transported through a trusted flight nanny service, as long as the puppy’s size qualifies for the in-cabin pet policy. This ensures safe, stress-free travel.
*For long-distance travel, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required. Last-minute arrangements may result in additional costs.
Ground Delivery*
For destinations over 75 miles from Hickory, NC, we can provide a custom delivery quote. Puppies may be personally delivered by us or transported through a trusted, professional service.

Travel Disclaimer :
We want your puppy’s delivery to be safe and smooth. Please choose your delivery method based on your needs: if you want air delivery, please let us know as soon as you place your deposit so we can find the best, most affordable options. If you choose ground delivery, it should also be arranged right after your deposit. Sometimes, if your puppy is too big for air travel, we’ll offer ground delivery instead. Delivery timing and method might change because of the puppy’s readiness, weather, or other factors. If any adjustments or extra costs arise, we’ll notify you promptly to keep the process smooth and stress-free.
Farm Visit
To protect the health of our dogs and the safety of our family, we no longer allow visits at our farm. As this is our home, we must take precautions against potential risks and diseases that could threaten our dogs' well-being. However, we are fully committed to transparency—providing ample videos, photos, video calls, and open communication to ensure you feel confident in your puppy’s journey home.

A Lifelong Commitment to Our Dogs

Per our contract, we are committed to assisting with rehoming. Under no circumstances should one of our dogs be surrendered to a shelter or pound. Our goal is to prevent pet homelessness and ensure every dog we place continues to receive the love and care they deserve.

Guardian Home Program
We're excited to offer a unique opportunity for families to become Guardian Homes for select puppies and young adult dogs in our breeding program. Instead of purchasing, approved families can welcome a future dam or sire into their home at no cost.
As a small family breeder, we prioritize quality care and lifelong homes for our dogs. By placing some in Guardian Homes, we ensure they receive the love and attention they deserve while remaining part of our program.
Guardian families raise these dogs as cherished pets while we retain breeding rights until their 6th year, at which point full ownership transfers to the family. To qualify, families must live within a two-hour drive and meet additional criteria.
