Puppy Homing Process

Match Up
Once application is approved, we will suggest a match with one of our pups based on temperament, character and your lifestyle.

Video Call
You may schedule a video call with the pup. Or with a couple of potential pups.
Deposit & Contract

Contract must be signed and finalized, and a non-refundable deposit must be made to hold a puppy. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost. Pup application must be approved before this step is done.
Get Updates

You will receive updates, videos and photos of your pup, you may schedule more video calls.
Getting Ready

As we approach homecoming day. You will recieve our puppy essentials list and other guides. You are welcome to ask any questions you may have as you prepare your home for your new puppy.
Homecoming

At 8-weeks your puppy will be ready to head home. Any final payments must be made. If you are using Camlist payment plan, steps must be taken from the app. Pick-up/Delivery must be arranged in advance.

Cost & Fees
A deposit must be made to secure a pup. Deposits are non-refundable and will go towards the total price. The total cost of adopting our pups must be paid by the pick-up date.

PROGRAM UPDATES:
We are adjusting our program to provide the best pets for our families. We will continue to breed Aussiedoodles both mini and medium sizes. We are opening our Bernedoodle program to mini and micro. Our focus is to further generations of doodles to provide families continuously with healthy, less shedding, desirable coats, and even temperaments in our puppies. We will no longer breed Australian Shepherds or Poodles, we are connected to high-quality breeders that do. If you are searching for a particular purebred mentioned above, do not hesitate to contact us.

ALL puppies come with a Partial or Limited registration included, with a spay/neuter contract agreement.**

*Full Breeding AKC/CKC registration rights can be requested at an additional cost. Subject to approval.
** Partial/Limited Non-Breeding Registration: A neuter/spay contract must be signed. We have adjusted our requirements and opted for the healthiest, scientifically proven practices currently available.

Payment Plan Options
We now provide options for the deposit and the puppy's total cost to be paid in installments.
Take advantage of Pay Later from PayPal. Also, Camlist gives our families multiple options. These include interest-free payments through Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, and others.
If you choose to use Camlist for your payment plan, we will cover the Camlist third-party fee!

Pick-up & Delivery Services
When you get a puppy from us it means we will meet you personally. We do not use third party services. We have multiple options to ensure every puppy arrives safely in their new home. All pickup arrangements must be made in advance of Homecoming Day. Let us know which of these options you are interested in, and we will send you more info.

We can meet you at the Charlotte, NC airport at no extra cost.*

We can deliver for free within a 150-mile radius from our farm
in Taylorsville, NC

Aditional Information
Temperament Testing & Home Matching
One of the practices that set our puppies apart from all the puppies available out there. Is our puppy-matching capabilities. We can achieve this through multiple tools we use to test our pups. At seven weeks we test our puppies, this gives us a better idea as to what kind of inclinations and levels of training each pup needs to thrive. This gives you the benefit of having a puppy at home, you are well prepared to handle and helps us ensure our puppies will go to homes they are best suited for. The questions on our pup application, help us know more about your home and lifestyle. Resulting in adequate home matching.
Breeding Practices
Every sire and dame is deemed healthy by our vet and is genetically tested. Each potential breeding pair is reviewed individually and wholly, to ensure quality puppies. We look at the potential of each dog in terms of genetics, health, bloodlines, temperament, and their build to name a few qualifiers. It is the sum of these, that determines who qualifies for our breeding program. We are constantly learning and growing, through experts in the field, through academia, and through our own and fellow breeders' experience.
Puppy Socialization
Pups will be socialized with adults, children, cats, and other dogs. As well as exposure to sounds and other environmental changes. We start introducing puppies to crates at 6 weeks and litter boxes for easier outdoor potty transition. We want to make sure each puppy is successful in their new home. We are here to support each family and pup in their new journey.

PLEASE, DO NOT TAKE ONE OF OUR DOGS TO A POUND... Always contact us first before ANY REHOMING!
We understand that life can bring extremely difficult circumstances by which the option of surrendering or rehoming your dog is placed on the table. We urge every one of our pup families to contact us first. We will assist in rehoming and/or taking in the dog according to our contract. We will consider each case. Please always contact us first! Read your contract for more details on this policy. We do not want one of our dogs in a shelter/pound. We do not want to add to the pet homelessness and most of all, we want the best for our dogs in the long run. Let's work together to keep pets in good homes!
